This past week I worked on asking people what they would like to buy and took in to consideration if I should actually bring those items so we could make more profit. Many of them said they would want items like candy or snacks that would be cheaper so they could buy more. This week I hoped to bring a fresh selection of food items to see if the sales would increase since I brought something different from everyone else. I decided to try and sell candy and snacks which were cheaper to see if that actually made even a slight difference in sales. It actually did for some reason and I am guessing that not only did the items sell easier because their cheaper, also because of the greater amounts of people bringing money to purchase items. I have displayed Laulima by taking in to consideration new ideas and suggestions from others around me and I also displayed malama by taking care of the responsibility of making more profit. This week the challenge was finding the right selection of food that people would be most willing to buy. The challenge that our project faces is making a decent amount of income.
